Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received.
    • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Certain items, such as personal care products, intimate wear, and customized good,s may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene and customization reasons.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support at support@abraver.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, we will guide you on how and where to ship the product.
  4. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

Exchanges

  • We offer product exchanges if the item is defective or damaged.
  • For other cases, please request a return and place a new order.
