Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Certain items, such as personal care products, intimate wear, and customized good,s may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene and customization reasons.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support at support@abraver.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will guide you on how and where to ship the product.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Exchanges
- We offer product exchanges if the item is defective or damaged.
- For other cases, please request a return and place a new order.
